4. Lawful basis

Personal information will only be used where there is a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• taking steps at your request before entering into a tuition arrangement and performing the tuition agreement;

Parents/guardians will normally be involved in administrative arrangements for under-18s, while the student's own rights will also be respected.
